I'm Mergim Butaja and you may recognize me from the 2015 BBC Apprentice Series. I got fired, but I'm back with a bang!

You may recall my epic boardroom speech highlighting my own background as a refugee. I believe in dignity, and that nobody should feel alone in such traumatic ordeals.
