Story
On May 24th 2014 I will be running 100K over the course of 15hours. There are many reasons as to why I am doing this challenge.
One being that I want to raise awareness for Combat Stress who do some great work with ex service men and women who suffer from mental health problems. The service is always free as well and is proven to work.
They are currently helping over 300 men and women who have served in Afghanistan.
My grandfather passed away recently (March 9th) and I am also doing this for him. Him passing away has jolted my desire to do something out of my comfort zone and embrace new challenges while raising money for great causes such as Combat Stress. Afterall, we only have one life so we may as well make the most of it.
