London Marathon 2017 · 23 April 2017 ·

The Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution (RABI) is farming’s oldest charity working across England and Wales. Our aim is that no-one from the farming community should face adversity alone. We provide tailored advice, access to counselling, practical and financial support, and so much more.

Story

At the tender age of 71, Mervin is taking up the challenge to run the London Marathon. Mervin gained his place for the London Marathon by completing the Liverpool Marathon in good time. Since then he has been in practice ready for April 2017 and can probably be spotted pacing up and down the hills of Bishops Castle doing his training.

Mervin has been a long-term and hard working supporter of the R.A.B.I and wants to fundraise for them to contribute towards the work that they do helping farming people in need.

Any donation that you can offer will be very gratefully received by Mervin and the R.A.B.I. Thanks for visiting this page! (this page has been set up with the help of Becky Davies)
