3 years ago 1 walked the painful 127 miles from Liverpool to Leeds along the canal in 4 days. In 2013 I helped a team of 9 repeat this task again also in 4 days. 

I shall once again be joining the group in July and dispensing food, water, painkillers, dressings, the odd word of encouragement and whatever it takes to get everybody home.
