Hi All...

I am running the Swansea Half Marathon on 14th June ...yes I know that’s only a few days away but I suddenly realised that I’m running to support The Paul Popham Fund and I hadn’t done any of my sponsorship thing yet...I know...its the deadline thing...I can’t do stuff unless I haven’t got time to do them so then I have to work like a banshee to get it done!

So now its banshee time!!!!

As such, any chance you could help me out and let me have a few quid for this fantastic charity? Go on...have a quick look down the back of the sofa...! I don’t expect big donations...really...just a lot of little ones would be great!

A bit about the charity:

The Paul Popham Fund was established in Swansea in 2013 in memory of the great Paul ‘Wally’ Popham who survived over half of his life with renal failure with an enviable, positive attitude. The aim of the PPF is to improve the quality of life of renal patients in Wales. Achieved by working with units and centre’s that treat and specialise in renal care in Wales to fund projects that will directly benefit the renal patient’s quality of life. This aim will also be achieved by working with and developing initiatives that will help improve the renal patients health, well-being and welfare.
