On September 26th-28th 2019, I am taking part in a charity cycle ride from Westerham, Kent to Paris.  I began training for this back at the end of March this year and, along with being a regular cycle commuter, am gradually building up my "saddle time" and endurance.  My training has all been in the North Downs and out in to Kent, which is suitably challenging due to the amount of hills and challenges for cyclists.  I am riding on behalf of Scope, an excellent charity working very hard for disabled people throughout the UK.  Any donation will be gratefully received.
