The coming months are set to be tough for everyone, but coronavirus will hit those affected by dementia the hardest.  So that's why my brother Richard and I are lacing up our trainers and taking on Run for Dementia - we will both be running 100 miles each in 30 days.

This is a really important charity for us as our very special mother Cassie, was diagnosed with the illness a few years ago. Cassie is battling away in an amazing way but we know that there may be some tough times ahead. To see your loved ones affected by this illness is something that you cannot describe and we want to do our little bit to help.

We have been so inspired by many stories of people battling against this illness and wanted to get together to try and raise awareness as many of these charities are suffering terribly at this time. Hopefully we can try and contribute to the huge effort to ensure this illness does not affect loved ones in the future.
