My wife Ilona's long battle with cancer inevitably came to an end in January of this year and in her memory I am taking part in an organised trek across Nepal to raise funds for The Royal Marsden Cancer Campaign.

The Royal Marsden Hospital is world renowned for the treatment, care and dedication it provides to improve patients' survival rates. The Royal Marsden is at the forefront in it's research, drug trialling and diagnostics but needs ongoing funding  to continue with this good work. Donations to this cause will help in the fight against cancer with the ultimate aim to  one day find a cure for this most terrible illness.
