Story
In 2023 my mother in law was diagnosed with breast cancer and had to undergo surgeries and chemo therapy and radio therapy. Cas had to then give up work and begin her fight with cancer. Macmillan, have been a great support, they always had someone at her chemo therapy to sit with her and always checking in with how they can help. Not only did we have support for cas but also for the whole family so this charity is close to the heart.
I have decided to do something I never thought I could and run the London marathon and I am so blessed to be able to do it on behalf of macmillan.
I will be doing lots of different fundraisers to raise as much as I can for this great charity and am asking for any donations to help support macmillan to help other families who have also been affected.
Wish me luck… x
Thanks for supporting my fundraising. Macmillan gives people with cancer everything they’ve got. If you’re diagnosed, your worries are Macmillan’s worries. Macmillan’s doing whatever it takes. But without your help, Macmillan can’t support everyone who needs them.
