Plusnet Yorkshire marathon done and dusted in 6.19.14.

Well this last weekend saw me put mind over matter and finish two marathons in two days at The Enigma Summer Festival of Running! A very much needed massage and some cider helped too!

Well tomorrow brings the Windsor triathlon so those of you who are up think of me at 06.24 dipping into the Thames!

Richmond Park Marathon done in 5 hours 35 minutes!

Just a couple of days until Richmond Park Marathon! For those wishing to spectate it starts at 09.30 at Sheen Gate carpark.

Nearly time for Richmond Park marathon! Fingers crossed that the training pays off!

I am doing a lot of sport this year because it's something I promised my Dad I would do when he was in hospital.  I chose Leukemia and Lymphoma Research because Dad had recently been diagnosed with Leukemia.

The Lionheart sportive a 100k cycle around Longleate on 22nd March, the Brighton Marathon on 12th April, Richmond Park Marathon on 17th May, Windsor Olympic triathlon on 14th June, Enigma marathon day 1 and day 2 on 4th/5th July, London Olympic triathlon on 8th August, Bacchus Marathon on 13th September, Plusnet Yorkshire marathon on 11th October, Thames meander marathon on 7th November and on the 1st November the New York Marathon.
