So here I am signed up for taking part in the Newport to Cardiff leg of Jeff Stelling's March for Men raising money for Prostate Cancer UK. 

Together, Fudgey and I and of course the lovely Jeff and many others will be raising money to help beat a disease killing 1 man every 45 minutes in the UK.We would appreciate your support and a donation in a bid to fund the research to change the game and stop prostate cancer being a killer.

It's all a little daunting but exciting too. How hard can it be to walk 26 miles in a day? I'll let you know!
