At INS, we work in Hounslow and Richmond to support adults with neurological conditions like Parkinson's, MS and Stroke, together with their carers, to access long-term, professional support in the community, helping them to manage symptoms, increase independence and live well with their condition.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I will be running over 50 miles with a fab team of friends on November 27th.

I am running for INS as they are a great charity and I have worked closely with them this year. They are the Mayor of Richmond's chosen charity for 2016-17 and I am hoping to make this year a bumper fundraising year for them!
