Challenge Adventure Charities - The Cahors Challenge · 29 September 2011 ·

For 25 years, we have organised cycle events, mainly in Europe. We have raised a huge £4,378,361 mainly for cancer, heart and other medical research. We pride ourselves that EVERY PENNY that has been raised has been paid to charity - our participants paying the full fees for event entry themselves.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In conjunction with my much fitter team mates Alan Jones, Peter Saffill and James Griffin aka ‘The Lycra Lads’ I hope to complete the challenge set this year by Challenge Adventure Charities - to cycle over 500 miles in 3 days. Starting in St Malo (Northern Brittany, France) early on 28th September and finishing in Cahors (in the Midi Region of South West France) late on 30th September - all in aid of charity.

The charities supported this year are; British Heart Foundation, Cancer Research UK and Epilepsy Action and with your help I'm sure we can get to our team target of £3000.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Thanks again for your support, not only will it help me on those steep hills but more importantly it will help all the beneficiaries of the charities list above
