***Among hopefully many  other ways of raising money for a great cause i will be attempting to cycle ride from Caen , Northern France to Nice in southern France starting on the June 3rd 2024 , the 1st anniversary of my son Joe's death.

Joe suffered with his mental health for the last few years and I'm hoping to raise awareness as well as funds for MIND..

It's going to take a total of over 800 mile and 2 to 3 weeks to do and will take a massive effort so all donations no matter how small will be gratefully received...

If you can donate to this great and important cause  , it will be very much appreciated and it will help so many people suffering with their mental health.
