I'm doing the BHF London to Brighton Bike Ride raising money for the British Heart Foundation. I am doing it because I can, and to celebrate my fiftieth birthday this year, because its worth it and is worthy, and its a challenge.
I'd be really grateful if you would donate - the fundraising bit is as much of a challenge in these difficult times - but a fiver is only a pint and a half or a cheap bottle of Rioja eh!?
I'd like to beat my target if I can. I'm covering the entry fee and all travel/logistic costs, so every penny will go to the charity.
