I have somehow been forced by my better half to do a dragon boat race to help raise much needed funds for the charity Headway

Headway is a charity that is set up to help people deal with catastropic brain injuries 

I have to give up one of my first non working weekends to support this charity by doing the race, I was drafted in for my supperior fitness, Athletic build and all together good looks! (okay they were short on rowers)

You guys dont need to give up any time all I am asking is that you give some ££'s it doesnt need to be much just give what you can afford
