Following on from our amazing TEN Y Fan challenge, Mike and I will be taking on the Welsh 3 Peaks Challenge on 22nd September 2019 to help raise money for the Cardiff & Vale Health Charity. Cardiff & Vale Health Charity are the official charity of the Cardiff and Vale University Health Board and they raise money to improve and enhance patient and staff areas within our hospitals locally. They help provide state of the art equipment, fund research and improve the environment of our hospitals. Please support my challenge and give generously to help give the best possible care to our patients which is what we all deserve.
