Hi everyone, 

In May 2021, I will be taking part in the LSU Rag tandem skydive from 13,500ft. As LSU Rag are facilitating the challenge, the money will be passed through them and onto my personal chosen charity Cancer Research UK (Charity Number: 1089464). 

I’ve chosen this charity because it is a cause close to my heart. I’d love to raise money for Cancer Research UK in memory of my grandmother who recently passed away after a long battle with lung cancer. 

Lung cancer is the third most common cancer in the UK. The estimated lifetime risk of being diagnosed with cancer is 1 in 2 and the work carried out by Cancer Research UK will hopefully help save millions of lives in the future. A future without cancer is possible, and it’s something we should strive to reach.
