I’ve had long hair – past my knees – for over 25 years. On the 18^th of April 2017 I’ll be cutting my hair from below knee length to just under my shoulders, and donating it to The Little Princess Trust. Hopefully we can also raise some money for Macmillan in the process, so please donate if you can, in memory of my late husband, Vijay.

As some of you may know our family has been deeply affected by this awful disease, and I wish to support these two amazing charities that do so much to help cancer patients and their families.

The Little Princess Trust is a fantastic charity that takes donations of real hair and crafts them into beautiful free-of-charge wigs for girls and boys affected by cancer treatment and other illnesses involving hair loss, such as alopecia.

Macmillan provide practical, medical and financial support to those affected by cancer, and constantly push for better cancer care across the UK.
