Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am doing an Ironman without training for it on my 21st birthday because my dad told me I couldn't. I will be doing it at Arillaga Outdoor Education and Recreation Center starting at 8AM on the 31st of March.  Please donate!

About my current fitness level/training program: I go to the gym six times a week, lifting weights on three days and doing cardio and/or sprints on three days. I used to row competitively, representing both the Great Britain Junior National Team and Stanford University. I have not spent more than an hour and a half in a gym for approximately six months and in ten days, without altering my training program, intend to spend between 13 and 17 hours in the gym doing an Ironman.
