funds for SHOOTING STAR - CHILDREN’S HOSPICES. This is a leading children’s hospice charity caring for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions and their families.
They support families across Surrey and London from diagnosis to
end of life and throughout bereavement with a range of nursing, practical, emotional and medical care.

As the Groundsman for Spencer Community Trust I take steps every-time I carry out a task at the club, my aim is to turn those steps into funds for Shooting Star - Children’s Hospices. Every-time I mow a pitch, re-line a pitch or carry out essential day to day maintenance like strimming, pruning or landscaping at the club I will count the steps in the hope of reaching 1 MILLILON steps.
As I make progress with my steps, I will plot them on a map so you can see how far I have walked. I’ll do this by transferring my actual steps into miles; virtually walking from football stadiums up and down the UK (starting at Plymouth Argyle). Your sponsorship will go a long way in assisting Shooting Star Children’s Hospices who tirelessly work to support families in need.
