Story

The annual Charity Fundraising appeal at Molescroft Primary School is having to be even more creative than normal this year.  As everyone adjusts to the regulations connected to Covid 19 in 2020, clearly things have to be very different.

Talent and entertainment shows were always a huge part of the Charity Fundraising Programme and therefore each class is providing an "act" to go into a very special show, our own special "Telethon" which we are sharing with our community from the evening of Friday 20 November 2020.  The show will be available through a link on the school website.

I hope that all our community will come together to watch the children's performances and a number of special surprises including the popular "Teachers Got Talent", as we come together to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.  This charity has been selected to show our appreciation for the support of Macmillan Cancer Care for our dear teacher Martin Wood and his family.  Martin passed away two days before the start of the Autumn Term this year.

In addition we shall launch a special Charity Single in the show, which will feature all our pupils and which will be available to download.  It is called "Right There With You".

We thank everyone for their support, generosity, care and understanding.
