We believe every moment matters so we go above and beyond to help our patients and their families make the most of every moment they have left. All our services are free of charge. We receive 33% of our funding from the NHS and rely on donations to raise the extra £13m we need each year.

Story

Our friend David unfortunately passed away at Trinity Hospice last year.  To find out more about what they do, Mummy and I visited their hospice in Clapham in August and were given a tour.  They help people who are going to die either in the hospice or in their homes when the medicine is not working anymore.  The families can stay the night and can visit 24 hours a day so that the sick visitors can have lots of company and feel safe.

I am going to make hundreds of cakes, cookies and brownies.  For just £10 per person, you can come to my tea party and eat as many as you like! There will also be tea and coffee.

If you can’t come but you’d still like to make a donation to this brilliant charity, please make a donation here.

Thank you so much for helping me raise as much money as possible to help the sick and worried patients and the kind staff who have difficult jobs to do.

With love, Molly
