Starting on the 17th of July and (fingers crossed) arriving in Ulaan Baatar by the end of August, Nikola and I are taking on the Mongol Rally!

Hopes are to raise funds for Cool Earth, a charity that helps stop deforestation through grassroots initiatives in countries most affected by this man made disaster. 

This is something that affects everyone - the planets' rainforests aren't just the lungs of the world, but of each and every one of us!

We will be taking on over 12,000km of open roads by way of Europe, before screaming down through the Balkans, leaving via Romania into Turkey, onto Georgia, northwards by the Russian route, eastwards cutting into Kazakhstan and finally arriving in the wilds of Mongolia.
