I decided to run the famous Manchester 10k run for the very 1st time and I'm very exited about that. I'm running for Dementia UK charity because I would like to help families who are effected by this cruel illness. I have seen so much sadness while meeting some amazing families.......I just would like to help little bit. Thank you everyone 😊
