On 17th October I will strap on my "Monkey feet" shoes and head into the Bog of Doom and Hills of Hell for the 4th  time. This year Hell Up North is billed as THE TOUGHEST HALF-MARATHON IN THE UK  http://www.hellrunner.co.uk/ .

The role of nurses is as vital to the cancer battle as the ongoing research I have supported in my previous outings.
