With great memories of our friend and colleague, Paul Moscardini, who died of cancer in 2014; we are planning a 3-day, 173 mile bike ride from the West coast (Whitehaven) to the East coast (Tynemouth) of England.
John McCall Architects, in their 25th year, are joining forces with his teammates from Liverpool Water Polo Club of Griffiths & Armour Insurance Brokers and Brabners LLP to form 'Team Moscardini' to raise money for Marie Curie, who supported Paul's family throughout his illness.
Paul was a keen cyclist and enjoyed family walking holidays with Jane and the girls in the Lake District, so it seems fitting that we start our journey there and challenge ourselves to the Coast 2 Coast bike ride over the course of 3 days from 2-4 June, 2016.
Paul was very highly thought of in both his professional career as an architect and as the captain and goalkeeper of his local water polo team here in Liverpool. Our 'core' team is: Dave Smith, Andy Howie and Joanne Mountfield (John McCall Architects) and Simon Hooson (Griffiths & Armour Insurance Brokers) and Adrian Rogers (Brabners LLP) with other members of Liverpool Water Polo Club joining us for 1-day stints.
