 On the 22nd of April I’ll be taking part in the London Virgin Marathon. I have to say that I am not known for my natural athleticism, so I have been training hard and dieting in preparation for this monstrous challenge.

I am hoping to raise as much money as I can for bowel cancer UK. Everyone has heard of, or knows someone who succumbed to this deadly and terrible disease. Nowadays it seems everyone you speak to knows someone that is suffering, and if there is anything we can do to find a cure for this disease then we should do so.
I am putting my body through a lot of pain to do this, so I would urge you to give as much or as little
as you can, for this great cause.
