This is my first half-marathon and I'm really excited to be taking part in what will be a major challenge for me. I've come from absolutely hating running to loving it in a space of 6 months and cannot believe the differences I see in my fitness levels, shape and weight. Im thrilled to have found such an amazing activity where I can head out in all weathers and just let my legs go and my mind wander. There is no better feeling.

The Trust badly needs funds to further develop its respite care activity holidays and work experience/vocational training programmes.
