Story
In 2005 my amazing daughter, Fifi, was dx with a very rare and aggressive brain cancer aged just 3 and a half years old. We were introduced to YBTC whilst she was in hospital having her treatment. We have been involved with the charity ever since. Her journey would not have been the same without the charities support and for that we are very grateful. Fifi is now a wonderful, happy, healthy 20 year old young lady who takes my breath away on a daily basis, I am very proud to be her Mum.
Please donate whatever you can to support this very worthy cause, thank you! I will shake my sequins extra hard for every £1 donated!!
Brain Tumours can affect anyone, at any time. They are the single biggest killer of the under 40's in the UKEvery week approx 15 people are diagnosed with a brain tumour in Yorkshire. Research has been underfunded for brain tumours, with current treatments nearly 40 years old.We aim to fund world-class research here in Yorkshire to find treatments and a cure. Whilst we do that we will provide support to people living with and affected by brain tumours, emotionally, practically and financially for as long as they need us.
