Our Story:

On 21 January 2009 our wife and Mum, Myra Neill lost her fight against Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia (CLL). Due to the work of Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research (now Bloodwise) and their many tireless fundraisers, the research that has been undertaken over the last 50+ years and the advancements in treatment as a result of this research, since her diagnosis in December 1999, Myra received invaluable treatment, care, information and support which pro-longed her life and also helped both Myra and the rest of her family understand and cope with what we were going through. Although Myra ultimately lost her fight, we need to ensure that all sufferers continue to be given the best chance of survival for all the different types of blood cancers.
