On Saturday 13th May 2017 I will be donning a fetching super hero outfit and abseiling down the 154ft tower at Southend Hospital to raise as much money as I can for Southend Hospital Charity and Dementia UK, a charity close to my heart.

Our beautiful Nan has developed Vascular Dementia over the past few years and it has been so tough watching your idol deteriorate into a person you hardly recognize, knowing there is no cure.

So, for her, and all the millions of sufferers in the country, I would like to raise as MUCH money as possible to fund research and a potential cure for this awful disease.
