We’re the only charity fighting to end child abuse in the UK and Channel Islands. That’s why we help children who’ve been abused to rebuild their lives, we protect children at risk, and we find the best ways of preventing child abuse from ever happening.

Story

On Sunday 24th May Hartford Parish Council are putting on their annual Picnic in the Park at Hartford Cricket Club and we wanted to do something different and exciting to raise funds and awareness of the NSPCC. As Children we all loved to play and this often entailed a fancy dress box. Let's face it, this hasn't left any of us! Who wouldn't be excited by dressing up as a Panto Horse and racing your friends across a field whilst raising money for vulnerable children and young people living in Cheshire.

The Event runs from 12 noon until 5pm and Pantomime Horse Races will be spread over the afternoon from 1pm onwards. Entry fee is £10 per Horse (2 people) and you can enter by contacting Lynda on 01606 782402 or Linda on 01606 591828 / 07813 662654. At the time of booking you will need to give your two names and of course the name of your trusty Steed! Your costume will be provided on the day.

Once you're registered it would be great if you could encourage your friends and family to visit this Just Giving page and sponsor you for taking part. www.justgiving.com/NSPCCpantomimehorserace
