My friend Amanda came to me after a very aggressive bout of chemo which caused her to lose all of her hair, lashes and brows. She wanted to look good for her son’s Barmitzvah and to share the experience on camera so that she could help others who were going through the same experience as her.

This was very important to her and reflected her warm and generous personality that made those of us who had the privilege of knowing her love her so much.
