Hello!

Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am raising money for WaterAid as part of the Business4Life 2014/15 team.

On 14 February I am running in the Valentine's Marathon (my first one!) followed soon after on 7 March 2015 by the 44 mile Green Man Ultra-Marathon. My Ultra Marathon will involve running a big loop of Bristol mostly cross country and is the equivalent in miles of running from Bath to Blandford or from Bristol to Cardiff!

I am not a natural runner, and the lengthy gruelling training programme through Winter has been a big struggle. I would like to say I have a target time but finishing it all in one piece is my first aim!!

Over the past year of Business4Life I have met some very inspiring volunteers and staff at WaterAid and seen that the donations made really do make a huge difference to the charity.

1 in 10 of the world's population still do not have access to safe drinking water and over 500,000 children die every year from diarrhoea caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation. 

WaterAid have set the target to achieve universal access to water and sanitation globally by 2030. Just £15 can provide one person with access to safe water.

Please help me to change lives by raising money to provide clean water and sanitation and help WaterAid to meet this goal.
