For all my sins, I'm doing a charity skydive on the 28th September. I will be jumping out of a tiny plane 10,000ft above the ground, I will have to be silent for the first 45 seconds due to 100mph winds. To the relief of my tandem partner...!

I'm raising money for 'Mind', they are a mental health charity that gives support to those suffering with mental health problems. This is a charity close to my heart so any support would be massively appreciated. 

I am planning a few charity fundraising events so keep your eyes open. I may even attempt a sponsored silence to raise funds.
