Yes I've taken out the running shoes one more (last?!) time to run the Manchester 10K and raise some cash for a local charity; N-Gage. N-Gage is run by a really good friend of mine who is totally committed to making a genuine and real difference to young people who are at risk of social and educational exclusion. 

As a trustee for N-Gage, I get to hear regularly how this growing charity is making a significant difference in the lives of young people in Greater Manchester. I am proud to be running on N-Gage's behalf, and would ask for your support to encourage me around the 10K route, but more importantly to help enable N-Gage reach out to more young people!!
