My colleague, Judy and I have organised a charity football tournament throughout our region in aid of Mind - mental health charity. I would absolutely love to hit the ground running with my own sponsorship so even if you cant give much, anything will be appreciated!

Mental health is something myself and many people I care about have been affected by. Working for Sky has given me the support I need to look after my own mental as well as physical health. With a charity like Mind offering such wonderful help to those who are unsure where to go or how to handle what they're going through, we couldn't think of a better cause.
