Story
When things got difficult for me the Rafbf were there to support me. As a long term sufferer of Mental Health things took a turn for the worst 2 years ago and I have been battling with NHS waiting times due to various house moves as a result of being a Military wife. I became helpless and decided to turn to this charity who have funded me 12 sessions of CBT Therapy. I would not be embarking on this challenge if it wasn't for them. In the past the Rafbf have also funded a welfare break for myself and my family to spend much needed time after my husbands deployment. They really have made a difference to my life and my family and when I felt there was no help for me at all except paying private health costs they were there to help. The Rafbf are there whenever you need them young old serving or veterans please visit the website www.rafbf.org/how-we-help to see how this charity really can make a difference to the RAF family.
I am doing this challenge with the support of my Husband and Father and we are hoping to complete it within 12 hours.
So please any donations no matter how big or small will help this charity to continue doing what they are doing and making life changes for those in need. Please feel free to share this with your friends and family.
