Mental Health is a serious issue
Who knows what is going on in my mind or yours’?
Do you feel content
Or lonely, enraged, upset, ignored, not understood,
Are you struggling at school, university or work?
Are you at odds with the people or the world around you?
Our minds are complex, all unique, all a sponge from before
we are born. Picking up happiness, sadness, feelings all around us. Life can
become difficult sometimes when we least expect it. Some young and older people
deal with their feelings better than others
Mental health is a serious issue
There is no shame in asking for help, there IS that someone
you can talk to, whether friend, family or professional.
Mental health is a serious issue
It affects each one of us sometime in our lives.
Mental health is a serious issue
We need to reach out and talk and reach out and listen
We need to know the signs and ask questions
Mental health is a serious issue
We need to take more care of each other
We cannot allow callousness to breed on our Social media and
networks
We cannot allow bullying to go untackled in schools.
Mental health is a serious issue
SUICIDE IS WORSE
SUICIDE IS A DEAD END
SUICIDE! THERE IS NO COMING BACK
SUICIDE! HELP, IS NOW ALL TOO LATE
Help needs to be at
Mental health is a serious issue AND TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY
