Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Just a quick note:
More and more people are touched by the dreaded cancer.
What we dont see is the tremendous work that people like the McMILLAN nurses do.
My sister in law Sue Wilkinson died of this terrible disease at the young age of 56!
Sue was the most lovely person anyone could hope to meet, and my last memory of sue was walking down southwold beach talking about the family, holidays, and much more, and never once did she moan or complain about her situation, and she did not have a bad word to say about anyone ever.
Sues Husband Vaughan chose this charity as he was in awe of the help and support given by the nurses in there time of need.
I will be eternally greatful to sue and Vaughan for letting me into their lives.
We will all miss sue,and i personally feel it was a privalige to have known her.
Of course we wish all of the family well at this difficult time.
I wanted to do something lasting in sues memory, and felt to run the Stevenage Half Marathon (sue being a stevenage girl) was apt in her memory.
Please give generously for this very worthy cause.
