Inspired by Tom, Will and Miriam at last years event I've challenged myself to compete in not just any old run but a cycle and a swim too!! 

I will be taking part in my first ever Triathlon in a few weeks time at Blenheim palace along with Tom, Will and Miriam in hope of a) not drowning  and b) raising some dosh for a well deserved charity that has given my family support in two separate circumstances.
