Dalai Lama Himalayan Trek · 9 November 2017

The National Autistic Society is here to transform lives, change attitudes and create a society that works for autistic people. There is still so much to do to increase opportunities, reduce social isolation and build a brighter future for autistic people. With your help, we can make it happen.

Story

In November 2017 I will be heading off to India to complete a Charity Challenge.

In a small group we will be trekking through remote areas where there are no other tourists or trekkers and camping / staying in lodges with very basic facilities. We will be walking between 15km and 20km a day at altitudes up 3050M (10,000ft) along the Dalai Lama Himalayan Trek.

As I wish every penny from donations and sponsorship to go to charity I will be personally funding this challenge, including a personal donation to the NAS of £3,150.
