Everyday I sit helplessly and watch Claire in her constant struggle with the pain and distress caused by M.E. This is an invisible, silent condition that can only be truly appreciated by the sufferer but affects everyone around them.

Everyone who knows me will know just how attached I am to my beard. However, on the third of September, provided I can garner enough support from you lovely people, the beard will go and the proceeds help Action for M.E. hopefully one day find a cure for this cruel condition.
