Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm starting with a, frankly foolhardy, 7 hour trek to over 1300 feet below the surface, Britain's deepest publicly accessible point involving zip wires and abseiling down waterfalls in an old slate mine. From there I will climb using ladders, via ferrata and miners' passageways to the surface near Blaenau Ffestiniog. From there I will get over to the base of Snowdon before scaling Britain's second highest peak at 1850m or 3560 feet. Depending on the weather I will use the Southern Ridge or the Pyg trail and time-wise I am likely to have to overnight part way up/down the hill.
