Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Above is a picture of our dad, and my mum's husband and best friend for over 50 years. Our dad sadly died on the 28th December 2015 of Lung Cancer.
For the last 12 months I have been so very grateful to lots of people for their support in helping me to raise money for the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation, I have ran in races and completed my first ever Tough Mudder, I am now training to run in the my first ever Marathon, this by far my biggest ever challenge and one that I know will be gruelling but I am really looking forward to completing it, I know for every step I run will remind me of all those people suffering from lung cancer, it will remind me of the families suffering a loss or going through this with a loved one, because, Lung Cancer is the biggest cancer killer. it can affect anyone - young and old, men and women, smokers and non-smokers, ordinary blokes and Olympians.
I am asking one more time for people to dig deep and support me to raise £2000 so that vital research can be conducted to stop this suffering.
