I will be competing in my 1st ever Half Iron Man in September this year. This event will take place in Henley and is a 1.9km swim, 90km bike and to round it off a 21.1km(half marathon) run.

 

I will be raising funds for the Sue Ryder Care charity.

 

In the next 12 months..350,000 more people will be diagnosed with cancer;  7,500 will have a traumatic brain injury; 150,000 more people will have a stroke..

 

Your support helps Sue Ryder Care’s doctors, nurses and case staff to provide 4 million hours of expert care each year.
