As many of you know, Platinum PPT are strong supporters of CHUF to enhance the lives of babies/children with heart defects. We have decided to hold a unique event in the form of 24 x Swiss Ball Circuit classes in 24 hours. For those who are unfamiliar with it, the classes are a circuit based, fun and challenging way to build up core strength, cardiovascular fitness and upper/lower limb strength. We have had over 1000 people attend our classes, and the best thing is the ability for all levels to take part.

People can support this amazing event in 3 ways:

1: Joining in the classes (as many as you would like to try) as there are 24 x 1-hour classes to choose from! Every class will be different and certain classes will be for different levels so everyone is catered for

2: Sponsoring friends who are doing the classes

3: Sponsoring the PPPT Staff who will be doing 24 x 1-hour classes back to back (there will be some very tired core muscles by the end so some of you will enjoy seeing the "revenge"!)
