I am going to ride 196km in the Pyrenees on the same route as the 2007 Tour de France the day before the pros. This will be one of the toughest stages the Tour has tackled. There are 5 mountain climbs, 3 are the hardest category the Tour riders face.

It will be hot  and hard , however with you behind me I will suceed.
