Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page raising funds for Bolton hospice

I will be trundling ♿ around my beloved doffcocker lodge in Bolton with my old NHS trusty powered wheelchair optimus prime twenty four times

Twenty four miles from 1st December to 24th December

It's not an all terrain vehicle so it's not as easy as you'd think to get around that path

We know times are hard for us all but it's never been as hard for hospices to keep doing the vital work they do without public funding

BOLTON HOSPICE support many in the Bolton area helping them to live better with life limiting illness as well as supporting them at the end of life and their families day care home care and emotional support and professional counselling

They are Helping people at home and in hospice every day and night and have personally supported myself family and friends

They are not fully funded by government and they need us to offer a unique service not available on hospital

We need to assist people to live and die with dignity in comfort and their families to be fully supported

I llive with a rare neurological condition affecting my mobility sight and hearing and I live with constant pain but others past and present show me how to live and that support spurs me on every single day

This challenge has forced me out of a place of isolation into community who encourage and support me to move forward back into society daily

Yes the road back iis bumpy 😂 but it's worth every turn of my old battered wheels
